COMPLIANCE NOTES

• Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued photo ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
• Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer
• Additional vaccine doses must be obtained where required by law

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocol
• Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPN and CNA/GNA staff as assigned
• Document accurately in the EMR and communicate changes in resident status to the interdisciplinary team
• Support infection control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

• Active state RN licence (or compact licence eligibility)
• CPR/BLS certification current
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a Skilled Nursing / LTC or similar setting
• Proficiency with EMR documentation
