KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
Perform skilled nursing procedures, wound care, and catheter care as required
Complete nursing assessments and contribute to care plan development and updates
Document accurately in the EMR and report changes in patient condition
Supervise CNA/GNA staff as directed
Support infection control, regulatory compliance, and quality care initiatives
