Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma
Location: Alton, IL

Pay: $42 to $53 per hour
Shift Information: Nights - 3 days
Start Date: ASAP

About the Position

The RN Float Pool is responsible for providing direct patient care throughout various inpatient units based on staffing and patient care needs. Nurses in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care hospital nursing experience required.
• ICU and/or Emergency Department experience strongly preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in multiple clinical settings.
