We are seeking a dedicated Local Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an 8-week contract assignment. The LPN will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced LPN seeking a local travel assignment with guaranteed hours and a consistent overnight schedule.

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
• Communicate changes in patient status to the healthcare team
• Assist with care planning and implementation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety

• Active LPN/LVN license required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts (19:00 07:30)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
