The unit averages 85 deliveries per month. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery. This position requires the ability to work effectively in a high-stakes environment. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations is necessary. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in labor management and patient care. Commitment to patient safety and quality care is critical.
