We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a local contract assignment. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring safe, high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents/patients
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Monitor, record, and report patient conditions
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and care teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Follow all facility policies and regulatory standards
  

• Active LPN/LVN license (state specific)
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Ability to work in a long-term care environment
• Prior experience preferred

• Shift: 12-hour days (06:00 18:30)
