We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a local contract assignment. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians while supporting residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.

This opportunity is ideal for an LPN who is committed to delivering quality patient care while working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions and promptly report changes
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient assessments
• Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current BLS certification (if required by facility)
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Weekly
Schedule: Every Other Weekend Required

Pay Rate: $27.15 $31.68 per hour
