We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a local contract assignment. The LNA will provide direct patient care and assist residents with activities of daily living while supporting the nursing team in delivering exceptional care.

This opportunity is ideal for a caring healthcare professional dedicated to maintaining patient comfort, dignity, and safety in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff
• Measure and document vital signs as directed
• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding when necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
• Collaborate with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary care team

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification for Vermont or New Hampshire
• Current state LNA license
• BLS certification preferred
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Contract Length: 5 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 37 Hours Weekly
Schedule: Facility Schedule
Shift: Evenings (07:00pm- 07:30am)
Start Date: 07/01/2026
