We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a local contract assignment. The LPN will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while working collaboratively with physicians, registered nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced LPN seeking a rewarding contract position in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.

• Deliver direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions

• Report changes in patient status to the supervising Registered Nurse or physician

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement care plans

• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Current BLS certification (if required)

• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or acute care preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
