We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) for a travel contract assignment. The Personal Care Attendant will provide direct personal care and daily living assistance to residents while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.

This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative healthcare team in a long-term care or assisted living environment, ensuring high-quality resident care.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation using appropriate safety techniques

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff

• Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

• Foster a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Active Personal Care Attendant (PCA) certification, if required by state regulations

• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred

• Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
