We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a local contract assignment. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

This opportunity is ideal for CNAs who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care while working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Record vital signs and maintain accurate patient documentation
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
• Support nurses and other healthcare professionals with patient care activities
• Follow all facility policies and infection control procedures

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current state CNA license (where required)
• BLS certification preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or hospital experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay Rate: $16.50 $19.25 per hour
