Modoc Medical Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality resident care in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring resident conditions, documenting care, reporting changes, responding to call lights, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• ✅ Active California CNA License (Required)
• ✅ Current BLS Certification
• ✅ LTC/SNF experience preferred
• ✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• ✅ Ability to work weekends, holidays, and float as needed
