Job Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a local contract assignment within a skilled nursing facility. This role involves providing direct patient care, monitoring patient conditions, and coordinating nursing interventions in accordance with established care plans.

The RN will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care delivery in a long-term care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and ongoing clinical assessment
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Supervise and support nursing assistants and LPN staff
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
Support care planning and patient care coordination

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maine
Local-only eligibility required
State-issued identification required
