Job Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a local contract assignment within a skilled nursing facility. This role involves providing direct patient care, supporting residents with daily clinical needs, and ensuring adherence to established care plans and facility protocols.

The LPN will work as part of the nursing team to maintain safe, consistent, and patient-centered care in a long-term care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
Support RN staff with clinical procedures and reporting
Ensure infection control and patient safety compliance
Communicate changes in patient status to clinical team
Maintain accurate documentation in medical records
Assist with resident daily care needs and support services

Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico
Must meet local only assignment requirements
State-issued identification required
