We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, ensuring safe and effective nursing services in a facility setting.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients/residents
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Monitor, document, and report patient conditions
• Assist with care planning and daily patient support
• Maintain accurate clinical records
• Follow facility policies and regulatory guidelines
  

• Active LPN/LVN license (state specific)
• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Ability to work in a long-term care environment

Pay Rate: $27.78 $32.41 per hour
