About the Position
Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D) We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This opportunity is located at a Level IV Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center with a supportive Women's Health team. Unit Highlights: • 8 Labor Beds • 12 Postpartum Beds • 3 OB Triage Bays • 1 Antepartum Bed • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM • 36 Hours per Week • First-Time Travelers Welcome Patient Population: • Labor & Delivery • Mother/Baby • OB Triage • Cesarean Sections • Antepartum Patients Responsibilities: • Manage labor patients through delivery • Interpret fetal heart tracings • Circulate C-sections • Provide newborn transitioning care • Deliver postpartum couplet care • Collaborate with obstetric and interdisciplinary teams Additional Details: • EPIC charting system • No mandatory call • Limited floating within LDRP areas only • Weekend rotation once per month • Facility-provided scrubs • Free parking
Requirements
• Active RN License • Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience • BLS Certification • ACLS Certification • NRP Certification • Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) Certification • Strong L&D clinical skills • Ability to interpret fetal heart tracings • Experience with labor management and deliveries • Experience circulating cesarean sections • Preferred experience with EPIC EMR
