Unit Specifics:
· Number of Beds : 16
· Patient Ratios : Awohnn/Title 22 ratios
· Unit staffing description- u/c, OB tech, charge nurse or cnc, obed, break and resource nurses and then RN for floor assignments
· Type of equipment : CPN Client monitors/ Novii (Monica's)
· Documentation system: CPN for nursing Meditech for Order entry
· Scheduling requirements: 3 12's (no 6 in a row)
· Floating policy: Charge RN will only have charge RN shifts
· Patient Experience requirements: rounding when concerns are escalated
Hospital Specifics-
· Certifications: Awohnn Intermediate or Higher
Hiring profile
Requested Skill Set: HCA experience appreciated not a must have
Must have: Strong Leadership skills, able to stay calm during a obstetrical emergency, charge nurse experience
Advanced skills needed: EFM and ACLS Procedures performed on unit: c/s
Certifications Required:
Dress Code: (Required uniform)
