Key Responsibilities of the Neuro ICU/IMCU RN

• Provide expert care between ICU and stepdown units
• Manage a patient ratio of ICU: 1-2, stepdown: 3-4
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and timely interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for exceptional patient outcomes
• Document care plans and patient progress efficiently

Requirements of the Neuro ICU/IMCU RN

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years' experience in neuro specialty
• Comprehensive work history with no gaps greater than 60 days
• Nursys License Verification
• Skills Checklist and professional references
• Current certification card
