Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

• Provide comprehensive care to patients with nephrology, urology, and renal transplant conditions
• Perform essential nursing duties in a medical-surgical environment
• Titrate drips such as Cardizem, Nicardipine, Insulin, Heparin, Amiodarone, and Lasix
• Ensure all stepdown patients are under continuous telemetry monitoring
• Coordinate with charge nurses and healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

• Current BLS Certification
• Valid registered nurse license
• Proven step-down experience on a medical-surgical unit
