Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-Hour Shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage support for breast medical oncology patients (approximately 90% of role)
• Deliver in-clinic support to providers at dual ambulatory sites (approximately 10% of role)
• Assess and manage patient concerns via phone using oncology-specific clinical judgment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care across clinic locations
• Float to other areas as needed based on staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Chemotherapy certification through ONS/ONCC required
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum of two years of acute care or relevant oncology RN experience within the last three years
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)
• Must pass a telemetry exam prior to start (passing score of 80% or higher; strict criteria for lethal rhythm identification)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an oncology clinic setting
• Familiarity with ambulatory oncology workflows and provider support in a clinic environment
