Contract | Days (3x12-Hour Shifts, 7:00–19:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in a high-volume operating room environment serving complex and acutely ill patients
• Scrub and/or circulate on a wide variety of surgical cases including general, bariatric, colorectal, oncology, orthopedic, and neurological procedures
• Assist with DaVinci robotic-assisted surgical cases as required
• Participate in weeknight call coverage averaging 1–2 nights per week and weekend call rotation approximately every 4–5 weeks
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout the perioperative process

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (Nebraska state license required; pending license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Experience with the following case types: Lap Chole, Lap Appy, Ex Lap, I&D, Bariatric, Colorectal, PEG & Trach, and DaVinci cases
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted); prior travel nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• DaVinci robotic surgical system experience highly preferred
• Experience in Oncology, Orthopedic, and/or Neurological surgical cases highly preferred, with a predominantly Neuro skillset strongly desired
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to call-back requirements and variable scheduling needs
