Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care ($1,194/Week)

Location: Walsenburg, CO
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (ASAP Start Available)
Shift: 12-Hour Nights
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Weekly Pay: $1,194
Weekly Stipend: $600 (for eligible travelers)
W2 Pay: $16.50/hour
Overtime: $41/hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide quality daily care and support to long-term care residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, and comfort.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow care plans.
• Follow facility policies while delivering compassionate resident care.

• Daily OT after 12 hours & Weekly OT after 40 hours

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements to Apply

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required.
• Previous travel assignment experience required.
• Must live more than 60 miles from the facility.
• Must be available for 12-hour night shifts.
• Housing should be arranged before submission.
• Committed candidates ready for an ASAP start.
