About the Position

Job Description – Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The RN will circulate and scrub surgical procedures, collaborate with the multidisciplinary surgical team, maintain patient safety, and ensure efficient workflow throughout the perioperative process. Candidates must have strong trauma and robotic surgery experience.

Requirements

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience.
• Current BLS Certification.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Recent trauma surgery experience is required.
• Recent Da Vinci robotic surgery experience is required.
• Scrubbing experience is required.
• Previous experience using Epic electronic medical record system.
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards, sterile technique, and patient safety practices.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
