We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor for a travel contract assignment. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily nursing operations during assigned shifts, provide clinical support to nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and serve as the primary nursing leader after hours.

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily clinical operations.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care is delivered throughout the facility.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing teams.
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Respond to clinical emergencies and assist with problem resolution.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote a safe and efficient patient care environment.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Previous House Supervisor or nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently while leading multidisciplinary teams.

Pay Rate: $39.18 $45.71 per hour
