This position involves providing care for geriatric residents. The LPN will oversee medication administration and direct patient care. You will work alongside CNA colleagues, providing support and guidance. The facility does not have acute care needs. Wound care will be part of the responsibilities, but there are no trach patients. Applicants must possess strong critical thinking skills. The ability to work independently while ensuring patient dignity and respect is essential. A minimum of two years of experience in a long-term care setting is required. Candidates must hold a valid Client LPN license and BLS certification from AHA.
