About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Level II - Neuromusculoskeletal Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Neuromusculoskeletal Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3 shifts of 12 hours each Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Med-Surg experience required License: Active Registered Nurse license in New York Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only), NIHSS Must-Have: Telemetry experience required Description: The Level II Registered Nurse is accountable for the provision of competent care based on established standards. This role includes responsibilities such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member. Through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence-based practice, the Registered Nurse enhances patient care. Candidates must have experience in telemetry. A minimum of two years of Med-Surg experience is required. BLS certification from the American Heart Association is necessary. An active NYS Registered Nurse license is mandatory. NIHSS certification is also required.
