About the Position

Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 17 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Urology, Gynecology/Oncology, kidney transplant, pancreas transplant, and robotic surgery. License: RN License required. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: Experience with kidney transplant, robotic surgical systems, abdominal/vaginal hysterectomy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, and other related procedures. Experience with charting systems is required. Description: This position includes 12-hour shifts, with varying days from Monday to Friday. Weekends will include call responsibilities. The role involves a variety of surgical procedures, including kidney transplantation and robotic surgeries using advanced technologies. The candidate will work with the da Vinci Xi Surgical System, performing procedures like laparoscopic gynecology and urological surgeries. Experience with code response, specimen handling, infection control, and trauma care is desirable. The registered nurse will play a critical role in the operating room, collaborating with surgical teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Candidates will benefit from a supportive multidisciplinary environment with comprehensive internal processes in place.
