About the Position
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Profession: LPN Specialty: LPN Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Current LPN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Previous Epic experience within the last 12 months in a long-term care setting is required. Description: Provides routine daily nursing care and desired services in accordance with each elder's assessment, choices, and care plan. Works closely with the RN Manager to manage day-to-day functions. Facility has a total of 160 beds. Resident to nurse ratios will be discussed during the interview. May be required to work night shifts (2245 - 0645) at times. 40 hours per week with an every other weekend rotation required.
