About the Position
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse Profession: LPN Specialty: LPN Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Variable shifts with most shifts being Evenings (1430 - 2300) or Nights (2245 - 0645) Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Valid LPN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Previous Epic experience within the last 12 months in a long-term care setting required Description: Provides each elder with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the elder's assessment, preferences, and care plan. Works closely with the RN Manager to manage day-to-day functions. Facility is a total of 160 beds. Resident to nurse ratios will be discussed during the interview. This position requires a commitment to 40 hours per week with every other weekend rotation.
