Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days & Nights) | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients on a high-volume Labor & Delivery unit, including support for VBACs, Caesarian sections, and natural births
• Manage and monitor high-risk obstetric patients throughout the labor and delivery process
• Float between Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units as needed
• Participate in rotating on-call shifts as scheduled within each 6-week block
• Work a minimum of 4 weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) and 2 Friday shifts per 6-week schedule block

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts — required at time of submission
• Current ACLS, NRP, and BLS certifications
• Demonstrated tertiary and high-risk Labor & Delivery experience
• Postpartum (PP) experience required due to potential float between units
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (local travelers will not be accepted)
• Must not have worked at this facility as travel, permanent, or per diem staff within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level III NICU environment
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
• Prior travel nursing experience required — first-time travelers will not be considered
