Registered Nurse (RN) | Rehab
Location: Nashua, NH

Pay: $2,348 to $2,438 per week

About the Position

Registered Nurse – Rehabilitation for a 13-week contract assignment with varied shifts. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to rehabilitation patients by performing patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, implementing individualized care plans, monitoring patient progress, documenting clinical care, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support recovery and positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities also include bedside shift reporting, multidisciplinary rounds, patient and family education, participation in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, delegation of care, mentoring new staff and nursing students, and maintaining compliance with departmental competencies and organizational standards. Documentation is completed using the EPIC electronic medical record system

• Active New Hampshire RN license
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• Graduate of an approved nursing program preferred
• Rehabilitation nursing experience preferred
• Less than 1 year of RN experience accepted
• Basic Dysrhythmia knowledge preferred or must be completed before orientation ends
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or must be completed before orientation ends
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
• Strong patient assessment, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Ability to provide patient and family education
• Willingness to work varied shifts
• Holiday availability required
• No on-call responsibilities
