Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM) | Full-Time | Onsite | Projected Start: 06/29/2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Women's unit with LDRP and NICU beds, supporting labor, delivery, postpartum, and well-infant populations
• Manage patient ratios of 1:1–2 for labor patients, 1:4 for postpartum and well infants, and 1:2–3 for NICU patients
• Perform and interpret continuous fetal monitoring throughout labor and delivery
• Assist with labor and cesarean section procedures as needed
• Utilize Alaris IV pumps and document care using the CPN documentation system
• Collaborate with unit secretaries, patient care technicians, and lactation staff to deliver comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Tennessee or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Alaris IV pump systems and CPN documentation platforms
• Familiarity with LDRP and NICU care environments
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor & Delivery setting
