Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for assigned patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Deliver care in accordance with professional standards, state regulations, and organizational mission
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes across the continuum of care
• Monitor and document patient status, responding appropriately to changes in condition
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at achieving high standards of patient access, clinical quality, and service excellence

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
• Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association (must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Hospital experience within the past 5 years
