Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown / IMC / PCU (Travel)

Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown / IMC / PCU unit during overnight shifts
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in status
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Cerner electronic health record system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain a patient ratio of 5:1 in accordance with unit standards
• Complete all required Advanced Learning Center modules prior to or upon assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Tennessee
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record system
• Minimum 1 year of Stepdown / IMC / PCU nursing experience
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with Advanced Learning Center module requirements in a hospital setting
