Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within an Acute Care / Medical-Surgical unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Deliver attentive care to a patient population that includes a large geriatric demographic
• Document patient information and care accurately using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Acute Care / Medical-Surgical experience
• Current travel nursing experience
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
• All compliance documentation must be completed a full 2 weeks prior to the start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Orthopedic nursing experience
• Experience working with geriatric patient populations
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
