About the Position
Description
As an LPN, you will provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans. Collaborate with the RN Manager on daily functions, ensuring quality care in a 160-bed facility. This role involves working variable shifts, primarily evenings and nights, with a requirement for weekend rotations. You will also need to have recent Epic experience in a long-term care setting.Highlights
