About the Position

Description

Provides each Elder with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the Elder’s assessment, choices and care plan. Works closely with the RN Manager to manage the day-to-day functions. Must have BLS/ACLS. Previous Epic experience within the last 12 months in a LTC setting required. Unit Description: 40 Hours Per Week, Every other weekend rotation required.
