About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 3+ years in PCU, Med/Surg, Telemetry required License: New Hampshire RN license or Compact Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS, Active American Heart Association ACLS Must-Have: Experience in Medical/Surgical setting with cardiac monitoring required Rural experience preferred Ability to work independently is essential Description: This position involves working in Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit settings. Travelers must be comfortable with each specialty. Candidates are required to have experience in a small facility. The patient population includes newborns to geriatric patients. The RN/patient ratio is 5:1, depending on acuity, with PCU patients having a 3:1 or 4:1 ratio. Requests for time off must be noted at the time of submission. Scheduling requests must also be made at the time of submission and will not be approved afterwards. Travelers must have their own vehicle for this assignment.
