About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Catheterization Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred License: State RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Scrub experience preferred Description: Cath Lab RN needed. Start date will be 2-3 weeks from the offer. The shift is 4 days per week, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. There are 5 catheterization lab rooms plus a hybrid operating room. Types of preferred cases include right and left heart cath diagnostic, PCI, complex PCI, CTO, ASA, PFO/ASD, MitralClip, Watchman, PTMV, TAVR, peripheral, and vascular. On-call is required 1-2 nights per week and one weekend in a six-week period. Holiday call may also be possible. Local candidates have a radius rule of 60 miles and will be considered at a lower rate. Approval for time off requests must be included at the time of submission. Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all staff may be assigned to emergency response teams. All labs must be completed within 72 hours of signing if within 90 days of the start date. The modules are non-billable and typically take an average of 4 hours to complete. Module hours are included in the non-billable hours. All required documents must be submitted on time.
