ID: 62877368 Shift: 07:00-17:00 Description: Description: General CommentsHospital: Henrico Doctors Location: Forest Campus Address: 1602 Skipwith Road Richmond, Va. 23229 Unit Name: Endoscopy Building: Main Hospital Cost Center: 73325 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 2 endoscopy suites Patient Ratios : 1:1 for circ; up to 2 pts for PACU, Preop 1:1 during preop questioning but may be up to 1:3 if waiting Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 Circulator and 1 tech in the room- scope washer designated for the shift Type of equipment : Olympus scopes, OER elite washer, ION robot Documentation system: Meditech Expanse and Provation Scheduling requirements: Ranges from 6a-3p Monday-Friday based on assignment Floating policy: Float to the ASC and other surrounding facilities as needed Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics- Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: RNs to circulate and tech Must have: Ability to do advanced procedures such as ERCP and EUS; Credentials and experience more than 1 year according to scope of practice Advanced skills needed: Able to do ERCP, EUS, Robotic bronchoscopy, EBUS Procedures performed on unit: Colonoscopy, EGD, Pill Cam, Bravos, ERCP, EUS, EBUS, ION, bronchoscopy, etc. Certifications Required: Dress Code: (Required uniform) Hospital issued scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
