Job Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a 15-week travel contract assignment. This role involves providing direct patient care and assisting nursing staff in delivering compassionate, high-quality care within a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, patient-focused, and committed to supporting residents' health, comfort, and daily living needs while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Measure and record vital signs as directed
Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning safely
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
Promote patient comfort, dignity, and quality of care
Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals
Communicate professionally with patients, families, and staff

Job Requirements

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license (State of New Hampshire or Vermont, as applicable)
Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Must provide valid state or federal-issued identification for facility access
COVID-19 vaccination compliance or approved exemption required
