Candidate must have strong critical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills are essential. The RN will monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in condition. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is a key component of this role. The RN must be able to provide emotional support to patients and families. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively is required. Commitment to delivering patient-centered care is essential.
