The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both adult and pediatric care. Candidates should be familiar with the demands of a fast-paced emergency environment. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are essential for success in this role. Effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team are crucial. This position will require the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A commitment to high-quality patient care is expected.
