Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit utilizing a team nursing model with support from PCCs and LPNs
• Manage patient assignments within a team nursing structure, collaborating with ancillary staff to ensure safe, quality care
• Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as needed per unit requirements
• Float to like units or campuses within the system as required
• Adhere to all facility compliance, credentialing, and documentation standards throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing
• At least 1 completed prior travel nursing assignment
• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines (no pending licenses accepted)
• Level I or Level II Trauma experience required
• Valid driver's license required at time of submission
• Willingness to work holidays as required (up to 2 of 3 end-of-year holidays if all fall within the assignment period)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of recent Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing experience
• Large hospital or high-acuity facility experience
• EPIC electronic health record experience
