Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. This travel contract offers the opportunity to support residents while promoting comfort, dignity, and overall well-being in a collaborative healthcare environment.

The Travel LNA will work closely with the nursing team to deliver quality patient care, monitor patient needs, and help maintain a safe and supportive care environment throughout the assignment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Assist with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and personal care needs
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Document care provided accurately and timely
Support infection prevention and safety protocols
Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team members to ensure quality care

Requirements

Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program
Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in the state of Vermont
