FLU VACCINATION IS REQUIRED - NO DECLINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED 
Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in OR and documents travel experience. 

CHARGE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED 

Skills Checklist matching specialty 

Current BLS, PALS 

EMR REQUIRED- EPIC 

RTO MUST be included at time of submission 

* NICOTINE FREE FACILITY* must be tested along with drug screen. 

Shift: 7p-7a

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - NIGHTS

Pediatric OR experience preferred. 

Prefer ability to scrub, but not required. 

Must have OR experience 

Office surgery NOT acceptable 

Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, Eyes experience required
