The role requires a minimum of two years of experience in a similar setting. Candidates should possess valid certifications including BLS and ACLS. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during surgical procedures. Knowledge of operating room protocols and medications is essential. Effective communication and teamwork skills are necessary for this position. The ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions is important. All health-related documentation and compliance checks must be completed on time. Continual learning and professional development are encouraged.
