About the Position

Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights | 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a telemetry setting within a long-term acute care environment
• Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Administer intravenous medications and fluids in accordance with care plans and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current ACLS certification
• Demonstrated telemetry nursing experience
• Proficient IV insertion and management skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term acute care or step-down unit setting
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in a fast-paced environment
