About the Position

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients via continuous telemetry in a long-term acute care setting
• Administer intravenous medications and manage IV access in accordance with facility protocols
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient cardiac rhythms and overall clinical status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current ACLS certification
• Demonstrated telemetry experience and proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Proficient IV insertion and management skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term acute care or step-down unit environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in a fast-paced setting
