Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a travel assignment in a busy outpatient primary care clinic. The LPN will provide compassionate, patient-centered care for patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics, while working closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Room and prepare patients for provider visits.
• Obtain vital signs and document patient information.
• Administer vaccines and medications as ordered.
• Assist providers with minor procedures, including skin biopsies, circumcisions, wart removals, suturing, and splinting.
• Perform EKGs (training provided if needed).
• Provide patient education and follow-up phone calls.
• Clean and stock exam rooms after each patient visit.

Requirements

• Active LPN/LVN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of LPN experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Clinic or outpatient experience preferred.
• Experience caring for patients across all age groups.
• Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.
